What better way to learn about entrepreneurship, marketing, management, finance, and hospitality than to actually operate a business? That’s what our DECA advisors and student members get to do when they run an actual business in the school setting. It’s an entrepreneurship laboratory and the educational and financial results are real!

If you are an educator looking for professional development opportunities, DECA provides educators with in-person trainings, online resources, instructional videos, and more. Prepare for the classroom and expand your network by attending professional development events with DECA.

The intent of the Membership Assistance Program is to support high school members who cannot afford to pay dues but who would otherwise participate in their local DECA chapter.

Assistance will be awarded in three tiers based on the application, and F/R lunch%. Chapters who have less than 35% F/R lunch can still apply for individual member support. This program is for student members and does not include advisors, alumni, or professional members.
