Idea to Impact Challenge

The IDEA to IMPACT challenge is an opportunity for students to pitch a business idea that will benefit their local community. Studies have shown that buying from an independent, locally owned business, significantly strengthens the economic base of a community. At FLC student teams will pitch their ideas to judges for an opportunity to earn prizes, a trip on stage, and receive valuable feedback to fine tune their pitch. During SCDC, the top three teams in the Idea to Impact challenge, will win college scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000.
