2025 Fall Learning Conference

Competition Performance, Industry Credentials, and Career Pathways

A Timeless DECA Era

Timelessness isn’t just about endurance—it’s about vision, precision, and the ability to rise above fleeting trends to leave a lasting impact. It represents a mindset rooted in clarity, resilience, and the power of well-crafted moments.

At the heart of this design lies a golden timepiece, elegant yet mechanical, its gears subtly in motion to reflect the intricate moments that define leadership and growth.

Three dynamic arrows point forward, cutting cleanly across the logo and guiding the eye—and the mindset—into what’s next. They symbolize progress, purpose, and the forward-thinking spirit that drives Washington DECA members.

And behind it all, a textured backdrop of gears and gradients hints at the unseen forces that turn ambition into impact.

As we head into a new year, we challenge you to step forward, lead boldly, and leave a legacy that lasts.

Time moves on, but true impact is TIMELESS.

Francesca Peri has been creating meaningful experiences for Starbucks customers and partners since 1995. She began her journey as a store manager in the San Francisco Bay Area and went on to hold leadership roles across the U.S., including district manager, regional director, and regional vice president. Her work has spanned company-operated and licensed stores in California, New England, and Hawaii.
