STATE CAREER DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE FINANCIAL NEED STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP
Washington DECA will be awarding Conference Registration Scholarships to student members attending SCDC. Scholarship amount will cover conference registration fee and will be awarded based on financial need. Advisors will be notified of scholarship selection results via email.

Scholarship recipients will be required to complete the WA DECA Scholarship Survey. A chapter student leader/advisor of the scholarship recipient(s) will be required to mail one formal letter of appreciation on behalf of their chapter to the WA DECA HQ office. Advisors will be notified who the letter is to be addressed to once scholarship results are announced. “
Scholarship money is awarded as a reimbursement once the student has (1) completed the survey form, (2) a Scholarship Thank You Letter has been received and (3) conference registration has been paid. When these three criterion have been met, a check will be mailed directly to the student’s chapter.
