CHAPTER LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Allison Leep
Allison Leep is the Social Impact Manager for PEMCO Insurance, a local insurer dedicated to helping our communities worry less and live more. At PEMCO, Allison oversees the social good strategy that guides their corporate citizenship and upholds their commitment to building safer, stronger, and better educated communities in the Northwest.
Prior to joining PEMCO in 2010, Allison was a Development Director at Eastern Washington University Foundation, raising money for student scholarships for the College of Education. Before her career at EWU, Allison spent a decade in front of the TV cameras as a sports anchor, covering everything from the Seahawks, Gonzaga Basketball to high school soccer games.
Allison began her broadcasting career in Seattle but eventually moved to Spokane where she paved the way for women serving as the first-ever female sports anchor there. Born and raised in Southern California, Allison moved to the Pacific Northwest to play volleyball at the University of Washington. Following her collegiate career, she played professional volleyball in Puerto Rico. Allison brings the drive, competitive nature and team-oriented focus she learned through athletics to everything she does.
