LEAD DECA TEAM

Every day, over 900 Washington Chapter Leaders are working in the background to ensure their members are successful, ready for competition, and serving their communities.

In 2024, we created the first Washington DECA Lead DECA Team, where a selected group of dedicated chapter leaders across our state worked together to create resources to level the chapter playing field when it comes to operations, competition development, chapter engagement, and so much more!

ACCELERATING YOUR CHAPTER, STEP BY STEP!

The LeadDECA team will be composed of DECA officers throughout the state.

Each member will take on the responsibility of designing and developing resources for their new (or existing) section.
