• My campaign platform is centered around promoting a more inclusive and empowering journey in Washington DECA, where every member has equal access to resources to achieve their own success. I aim to connect with many members around the state and learn about their needs so as a state president, I can effectively provide them with the right resources so they can grow (and win!) My platform will also highlight the need to support underrepresented chapters and develop new resources that aren’t just DECA+ to aid members in their DECA journeys.

Tell us about yourself!

• I want members to know the candidate beyond just DECA! Apart from school and extracurriculars, I love to crochet. I’ve crocheted plushies, key chains, tote bags and I even wanted to crochet something for my campaign activities. It’s a really fun activity that helps me relieve stress and I would love to know if any DECA members crochet as well!!

• WA DECA, voting Via for president ensures you have a leader who accelerates along with you as you continue your DECA journeys! With a focus on diversity and inclusion, I am determined to make sure that DECA is a more equitable space where every member is heard and valued. Furthermore, during my term in office, I plan to introduce new resources such as mentorship programs where you get one-on-one help from qualified mentees to platforms where you learn from the success of chapters around the state allowing you to excel towards your aspirations.
